Obopay’s RICO Counterclaims Survive In E-Payments Suit

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 8:45 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday denied a bid from a payment processing company to dismiss a RICO counterclaim stemming from its fraud and breach of contract claims against Obopay, saying Obopay gave enough details to sufficiently plead its case.
