Superior Energy Unit Gets $72M In Suit Against Ex-COO, CFO

Law360 (April 12, 2019, 8:23 PM EDT) -- A Superior Energy Services Inc. unit has secured a $72 million judgment against its former chief operating officer and chief financial officer, who were accused of conspiring to defraud the company out of that amount through a complex self-dealing scheme.

Harris County District Court Judge Caroline E. Baker signed the judgment on April 9 and filed it on April 11, in accordance with what a jury found after six weeks of trial in December.
