Gap Execs Spared Deposition In L-7, Old Navy Row

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 1:02 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday blocked a bid by Todd Oldham’s L-7 Designs Inc. to depose Gap Inc.’s CEO and director in the designer’s suit against Gap-owned Old Navy Inc. over a botched clothing brand deal and the designer’s subsequent termination.
