NJ Justices Won't Review Settlement Over Atty Conflicts

Law360, New York (June 16, 2017, 8:38 PM EDT) -- New Jersey’s high court on Thursday declined a construction company’s request to rehear a state appeals court decision that upheld a trial court ruling enforcing a settlement between two construction contractors despite an attorney’s alleged conflict.
