MINUTES IN CHAMBERS-COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson. The Court therefore grants Defendants' Motions and dismisses the Complaint. Because Plaintiff is appearing pro se, and the Court cannot yet conclude that amendment would be futile, the Court dismisses the Complaint with leave to amend to provide Plaintiff with an opportunity to cure the defects identified in Defendants' Motions.
