STIPULATION EXTENDING DISCOVERY: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties to this lawsuit (the "Parties"), through their respective counsel, that 1. Fact discovery in this action is extended until September 30, 2026. 2. Initial expert report disclosure shall be completed by October 21, 2026. 3.
