Parties are to adhere to the following second amended expert discovery schedule: (1) serve opening expert reports by September 8, 2026; (2) serve rebuttal expert reports by November 10, 2026; and (3) complete expert depositions by December 15, 2026. Given this schedule change, the parties now have until December 22, 2026,to file a joint status report and advise the court whether they wish to schedule a settlement conference with this court or explore settlement through private mediation.
