(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER REQUIRING SUPPLEMENTAL BRIEFING by Judge Josephine L. Staton: The Court seeks to associate newly filed cases with the MDL as efficiently as possible, by, for example, allowing for the automatic association of new cases, and their counsel, with the MDL. Counsel have indicated that they have some experience with other districts that have implemented efficient docketing systems or procedures to this effect. The Court thus requests that, within five (5) days of the issuance of this Order, counsel file a joint supplemental report identifying those districts that have implemented such systems. The Court is especially interested in other districts within the Ninth Circuit. (es)
