For the reasons stated on the record at the July 28, 2026, fairness hearing, no later than August 7, 2026, Plaintiff shall file a supplemental memorandum addressing the Court's concerns about the reimbursement of costs and expenses in this action. And no later than August 14, 2026, Defendant shall file either a response to Plaintiff's supplemental memorandum or a notice stating that it does not wish to weigh in on the matter.
