TEXT ORDER: The original parties to this lawsuit consented to the exercise of dispositive magistrate judge jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 636(c), as did additional parties subsequently joined. (Docs. 14 , 34 , 44 ). Now that Ronnie Appleby and David Aragon have appeared, it is time to revisit the issue. Appleby and Aragon are ORDERED, within 21 calendar days, to follow the instructions previously provided to the other parties and to submit an election regarding magistrate judge jurisdiction.
