(IN CHAMBERS) TEXT-ONLY ENTRY by Magistrate Judge A. Joel Richlin: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application for Clarification or Limited Stay/Abeyance of Fourth Amended Complaint Deadline Pending Rule 72 Review. (Dkt. 31 .) Plaintiff is concerned about meeting the July 8, 2026 deadline to file a Fourth Amended Complaint without waiving her right to seek review of the Order Dismissing the Third Amended Complaint with leave to amend. Plaintiff appears to have not yet received the District Judge's June 29, 2026 Order Denying Plaintiff's Motion for Review. (Dkt. 30 .) The District Judge vacated the hearing set for July 10, 2026 and directed Plaintiff to comply with the July 8, 2026 deadline to file a Fourth Amended Complaint. (Id. at 8.) Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application in part by clarifying the current deadlines. Because the District Judge has already ruled on and denied Plaintiff's Motion for Review, Plaintiff can file her Fourth Amended Complaint without waiving her right to obtain review by the District Judge. Therefore, Plaintiff should promptly file her Fourth Amended Complaint. IT IS SO ORDERED. (asi)
