TEXT ORDER: The Court has received Plaintiff's explanation for her failure to appear for her deposition. ECF No. 48. The parties shall meet and confer and agree on a date for Plaintiff's rescheduled deposition. No later than September 11, 2026, counsel for Advocare shall submit a letter on the docket providing the date of the rescheduled deposition. Plaintiff's rescheduled deposition shall be court-ordered and shall not be adjourned absent further Order of the Court. In addition, no later than September 11, 2026, Plaintiff shall submit a letter to the Court through the ADS system that states whether she intends to take the deposition of any defense witness. Plaintiff has had ample time to make that decision, particularly because fact discovery expired on September 4, 2026. The Court will not tolerate any further delays in this case. As previously scheduled, the Court will conduct a status conference on September 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The parties shall dial 1-856-210-8988, access code 580128444# to connect to the call. The failure of a party or attorney to obey this Order may result in imposition of sanctions under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(f). Counsel for Advocare shall email a copy of this Order to Plaintiff pro se, and the Court will also mail a copy to Plaintiff. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Elizabeth A. Pascal on 9/10/2026.
