Sherriff on 9/02/2026: (Text Only Entry): On August 18, 2026, the court ordered defendants Dycora Transitional Health - Clovis LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Fowler LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Memory Care of Fresno LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Manchester LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Galt LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Reedley LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Sanger LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Quail Lake LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Weber Oaks LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Fresno LLC, Dycora Transitional Health - Tenacity LLC to show cause, within fourteen (14) days, why the 53 motion to set aside default judgment should not be deemed abandoned. The court warned defendants that the failure to respond would result in the denial of the 53 motion to set aside default judgment as abandoned. Defendants have not filed a response. Accordingly, defendants' 53 motion to set aside default judgment is deemed abandoned and is therefore denied. Plaintiffs' 76 motion for leave to file supplemental evidence in response to the motion to set aside default judgment, is denied as moot. Within twenty-one (21) days of the entry of this order, plaintiffs shall either file an amended motion for attorneys' fees or a statement that they intend to stand on their pending 50 motion for attorneys' fees.
