The partie s and the Settlement Administrator are DIRECTED to implement the Agreement (Doc. 56-1) in accordance with its terms and provisions. Plaintiff's request for $1,281,400 in attorney's fees and $14,341.83 in costs is APPROVED. This action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Court RETAINS jurisdiction over this action, the parties, class counsel, and the settlement class to enforce the terms of the Agreement. The Clerk is DIRECTED to close the file.
