After careful review of the Report and the record, the Court finds no errorclear or otherwiseand adopts the thorough and well-reasoned Report in its entirety. Falcons' Answer and Affirmative Defenses are stricken, its counterclaims are dismissed, and AEye's motio n for default judgment is granted. No later than August 31, 2026, AEye shall submit a proposed judgment in accordance with the Report and this order.
