Order to Show Cause ~Util - Set Deadlines
ORDER: Following a telephone conference today with counsel for the parties (except counsel for PCGNY Corp.), and for the reasons stated on the record, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows: 1. No later than Monday, September 14, 2026, Defendant Navigators Insurance Company ("Navigators") shall show cause why sanctions should not be imposed upon Navigators and/or its counsel for misrepresenting the citizenship of Navigators.1 In addition, no later than September 14, 2026, any other party may file a sanctions motion against Navigators and/or its counsel. 2. No later than Monday, September 28, 2026, the parties shall submit initial briefings regarding the prejudice determination referred to the undersigned. (See 8/13/26 Am. Order of Ref., ECF No. 158; see also USCA Summary Order, ECF No. 157.) 3. No later than Wednesday, October 14, 2026, any party that did not file its own sanctions motion may submit a response to the Navigators filing regarding sanctions. In addition, no later than October 14, 2026, Navigators shall file its opposition to any sanctions motion. 4. No later than Wednesday, October 28, 2026, the parties shall file responses regarding the prejudice determination. In addition, no later than October 28, 2026, any party that filed a sanctions motion against Navigators and/or its counsel may file a reply memorandum. Any parties that wish to submit joint briefings or responses are free to do so. SO ORDERED.
