Sealed Memorandum Opinion
MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated herein, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendants' motion to dismiss and to strike, Dkt. 78 , is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the claims against Defendant Dataquartz Inc. It is further ORDERED that the claims against Defendant Sarah Pobereskin are TRANSFERRED to the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer those claims. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs' motion to supplement and for sanctions, Dkt. 122 , is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part and that Plaintiffs' submissions are DEEMED FILED. See document for details. Finally, the parties are ORDERED to submit on or before July 30, 2026, a proposed, redacted version of this memorandum opinion and order, should they wish to propose any redactions. Any proposed redaction shall be accompanied by a specific explanation as to why that portion of the opinion must remain under seal, and why any material harm resulting from its disclosure overcomes the presumption in favor of public access to judicial proceedings.
