Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc. et al., Case No. 2:26-cv-01209-JMA-ARL (E.D.N.Y), and Pszwaro, et al. v. Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., et al., Case No. 2:26-cv-01792-RER-ST is denied as moot. Consolidation is being considered by Judge Azrack in Pallaya v. Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., et al., Case No. 2:26-cv-00411-JMA-ARL (E.D.N.Y.). The request to so order the stipulated protective order 52 is denied with leave to renew. Absent a consolidation order, the proposed joint protective order must be refiled in each individual case.
