The parties' updated joint report and proposed schedule, to reflect any further agreed dates or terms, as well as any contested matters, is due by August 24, 2026. The Clerk will provide Zoom information prior to the Discovery Conference. On the day of the Discovery Conference, the parties should log in 10 minutes early, to allow time to check in with the Clerk and test audio and video connection.
