Defendants' motion to stay discovery 124 is denied without prejudice to refiling should Defendants receive approval from Judge Johnston to file early summary judgment motion. The parties are instructed to review and comply with Judge Johnston's standing order before filing any dispositive motions. No dispositive motion may be filed without complying with said order. Additionally, Plaintiffs' motion for an extension of time to complete discovery 122 is granted. Fact discovery is extended to 4/19/2021. A telephonic status conference is set for 3/5/2021 at 10:15 AM. The parties shall be prepared to update the Court on discovery and whether they are interested in proceeding with a settlement conference.
