JUDGMENT (Signed by Deputy Clerk) (drn)

ENDORSED ORDER On April 5, 2018, the Court administratively closed this case for thirty days to allow the parties to submit final documents. (Doc. 174). Thereafter, the parties moved for, and received, an extension of time. (Docs. 175; 176). On May 10, 2018, the parties submitted a Joint Stipulation for Dismissal. (Doc. 177). Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) allows a plaintiff to dismiss an action voluntarily if a stipulation of dismissal is signed by all parties who have appeared. This dismissal is effective upon filing and requires no further action by the Court. See Anago Franchising, Inc. v. Shaz, LLC, 677 F.3d 1272, 1278 (11th Cir. 2012). Here, the parties stipulate to dismissing this case with prejudice and with each side to bear their own attorney's fees and costs. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED with prejudice, and the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly, terminate all pending motions and deadlines, and close the file. Signed by Judge Sheri Polster Chappell on 5/11/2018. (RPF)
