Defendants' Motion (Dkt. # 51) and Plaintiff's Opposition to the Motion (Dkt. # 64) each failed to attach an accompanying declaration attesting to the use or non-use of AI in the instant filings. However, the Court declines to strike the pleadings on this basis. Instead, the Court ORDERS the following: Defendants must file a separate declaration attesting to whether they used Artificial Intelligence in drafting the Motion, Dkt. # 51, by Thursday, September 10, 2026; Plaintiff must file a separate declaration attesting to whether it used Artificial Intelligence in drafting the Opposition, Dkt. # 64, by Thursday, September 10, 2026; Failure to timely submit such declaration will result in the Court striking the relevant pleading.
