ORDER Authorizing Notice to the FLSA Collectives: Enter Order Authorizing Notice to the FLSA Collectives. This order is the form proposed [75-1] by defendants on May 20, 2026. Obvious typographical and grammatical errors have been corrected, such as substituting "managers" for "mangers" in the definitions of the conditionally certified collectives. Counsel are instructed to review the accompanying order and advise the court by and including May 28, 2026, if they believe that a substantive change has been made. Defendants' request for clarification, Dkt. No. 75 paragraph 3, of the date on which the 60-day opt-in period begins should have been made by motion because it seeks a court order. Fed. R. Civ. P. 7(b)(1). The accompanying order [75-1] provides that the 60-day period runs from the date on which notice is sent by postal or electronic mail. Within seven days of the sending of notice, the parties must file a status report providing the precise dates on which notice was sent and the precise opt-in deadline. For case tracking purposes, a status report is due August 4, 2026. Signed by the Honorable Joan B. Gottschall on 5/21/2026. Mailed notice. (jcc,) (Entered: 05/21/2026)
