MINUTE entry before the Honorable Albert Berry III: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report 71 . By 6/9/26, the parties are ordered to meet and confer and Defendant Constellation Energy Generation, LLC ("Constellation")and Third-Party Defendant Allied Power Services, LLC ("Allied") are ordered to inform Plaintiff whether the witnesses identified by Plaintiff are under their control or not. At that meet and confer (which must take place before 6/9/26), the parties are further ordered to negotiate the number of depositions required by Plaintiff. By 6/16/26, the parties are ordered to meet and confer again, and agree to firm dates for all remaining depositions. By 6/16/26, Plaintiff is also ordered to submit a settlement demand to Constellation for review. By 6/23/26, Plaintiff must serve any necessary Rule 45 subpoenas on witnesses not under the control of Constellation or Allied. The parties are ordered to file an updated joint status report on 6/30/26 informing the Court on the progress of these efforts and stating whether the parties believe a settlement conference would be fruitful at that time.
