MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS IN PART Defendants' 82 84 86 88 124 motions to dismiss insofar as they seek to transfer to the Southern District of Illinois for improper venue. The Court defers ruling on the substantive motion to dismiss and all other motions so that the transferee court may address these issues in the first instance.
