TEXT ORDER: On March 30, 2026, the Court received an email and letter from the mediator with all the parties cc'ed stating that the mediation had resolved the case. Accordingly, on March 31, 2026, the Court cancelled the pretrial conference and trial setting and ordered the parties to file a joint stipulation of dismissal or a joint report updating the Court on the status of the settlement documents by May 1, 2026. (Doc. 100 ). On April 30, 2026, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal as to only one of the five defendants, Timothy Bruce Jordan, M.D. (Doc. 101 ). The remaining parties shall please update the Court on whether they are continuing mediation or settlement efforts among themselves and the anticipated timeline of such efforts.
