Minute Entry for Status Conference proceedings held on 7/7/2026 before Magistrate Judge James R. Cho. Appearances by M. Salman Ravala for plaintiff; Maria Fernanda DeCastro and August W. Heckman, III for defendant. Discussion regarding plaintiff's charge filed with the New York State Division of Human Rights ("NYSDHR"). Plaintiff shall produce to defendant a copy of the charge. Plaintiff anticipates seeking dismissal or closure of the NYSDHR action. The Court denies without prejudice defendant's motion 19 for a briefing schedule in light of plaintiff's anticipated production of his NYSDHR documents. The stay of defendant's deadline to respond to the Amended Complaint remains in place.
