ORAL ORDER: The Motion for Leave to Appeal (D.I. 1 ) is DENIED as moot. Plaintiffs have filed Amended Complaints in the underlying adversary proceedings (Adv. Pro No. 23-50379, Adv. Pro. No. 23-50380), and Defendants have moved to dismiss those amended complaints, with briefing to conclude by March 3, 2025. (See 23-50379 D.I. 198; 23-50380 D.I. 376.) This Court will consider renewed motions for leave to appeal, should any be filed, upon the Bankruptcy Court's disposition of the pending motions to dismiss. Ordered by Judge Thomas L.
