JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING REVISED SCHEDULE: THEREFORE, as hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the undersigned counsel for the Parties: 1) The deposition of Plaintiff's expert shall resume on July 13, 2026 at 9:00 am and shall continue, on the record, until completed; 2) The deposition shall proceed remotely via Zoom, provided that Defendants reserve the right to suspend the deposition and proceed in-person if remote conduct of the deposition proves unworkable or results in on-the-record delays or interruptions; 3) Defendants will use best efforts to complete the deposition within the time permitted under Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(d)(1), with the time already taken on June 26, 2026, counting toward that limit; as further set forth in this Order. The Parties respectfully request that this Court enter the following schedule: Deposition due by 7/13/2026., Expert Discovery due by 7/13/2026., Fact Discovery due by 3/27/2026.
