TEXT ORDER: The Court having reviewed the decision of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in this matter, see In re: Jayden Martin, No. 26-1708, 2026 WL 2137950 (3d Cir. July 24, 2026), it is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reinstate this case to the active docket. The Court will hold an in-person hearing on August 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., regarding (1) the continuing validity of the Court's Order appointing a guardian ad litem, ECF No. 80, and (2) counsel for J.M.'s Motion to Withdraw as Attorney, ECF No. 122. Plaintiffs and counsel for Defendants shall report to the Mitchell H. Cohen Building & U.S. Courthouse, 4th & Cooper Streets, Courtroom 5C, Camden, New Jersey 08101. Pro bono counsel for Plaintiff J.M. is granted leave to appear by telephone. A copy of this Order has been mailed to Plaintiff pro se Sparkle Martin. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Elizabeth A.
