ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is Defendant's Unopposed Motion for an Extension of Time to Answer or Otherwise Respond to the Complaint (Doc. No. 15). Having carefully considered the Motion, the Court finds good cause for the requested extension and, therefore, GRANTS the Motion. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1)(A). Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim (Doc. No. 16), filed on June 10, 2026, is deemed timely filed.
The Court DENIES as moot Defendant's timely filed Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 16) in light of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint for Patent Infringement (Doc. No. 21) and Defendant's second Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim (Doc. No. 23).
