ORDER: Before the Court is American Home Life Insurance Company's Objection to the Magistrate Judge's Order Regarding Defendant's Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment. [D.E. 42]. This objection is OVERRULED. Relying on its discretion and American Home's conflicting documents being the source of this litigation, the Court determines that American Home should not be awarded any attorneys' fees.
