TEXT ORDER:The parties having agreed upon a briefing schedule for the pending summary judgment motions and Plaintiff TD Bank, N.A.'s Motion for Adverse Inference and Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, as set forth in their letters at ECF Nos. 356 and 357, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's oppositions to the summary judgment motions at ECF Nos. 269, 271, 275, 279, 280, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 288 shall be filed by September 4, 2026, and Defendants' replies shall be filed by October 2, 2026; and it is further ORDERED that Defendant Continental Insurance Company of New Jersey's opposition to Plaintiff's motion at ECF No. 301 shall be filed by September 4, 2026, and Plaintiff's reply shall be filed by September 18, 2026; and it is further ORDERED that the motions at ECF Nos. 269, 271, 275, 279, 280, 282, 283, 284, 285, 288, and 301 shall remain administratively terminated at this time and until they are fully briefed. The Magistrate Judge shall schedule a conference to address all other issues raised in the letters. So Ordered by Judge Christine P. O'Hearn on August 6, 2026. (bf, )
