ELECTRONIC ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant's Second Motion to Reset Deadlines, Doc. 154 . Defendant seeks to reset the remaining pretrial deadlines pending resolution of Plaintiff's objections to the magistrate judge's discovery order, Doc. 149 . Upon review, the motion is GRANTED.
Accordingly, the remaining case deadlines are reset as follows: The parties shall engage in mediation within 60 days after the filing of the district courts order regarding Plaintiffs objections. Within 70 days after the filing of that order, the parties must file a joint estimate of trial length and joint status report concerning the progress of settlement negotiations. All dispositive motions and motions not otherwise covered shall be filed no later than 85 days after the filing of that order. The Court will reset the deadlines for limited discovery and compliance with court-ordered sanctions, if necessary, following resolution of Plaintiff's objections.
