ENDORSED ORDER: On August 13, 2026, attorney Liam T. O'Connell filed a response to the Court's Order to show cause indicating that he complied with Local Rule 2.01(c) by filing a "Pro Hac Vice E-File Registration." Doc. 34 at 1. However, as indicated in the Local Rules of this Court and on the Court's website, https://www.flmd.uscourts.gov/for-lawyers, under Local Rule 2.01(c), an attorney must file a motion for special admission, pay the $150 special admission fee, and submit a pro hac vice e-file registration. The Court's website specifically states, "that the Pro Hac Vice E-Filer Registration should be submitted only AFTER the fee has been paid and the order granting special admission has been entered in the case." https://www.flmd.uscourts.gov/for-lawyers (emphasis in original). Attorney Liam T. O'Connell is directed to comply with Local Rule 2.01(c) as outlined above on or before August 26, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Laura Lothman Lambert on 8/19/2026. (WC)
