MINUTE ORDER granting 18 the parties' Joint Motion to Modify the Scheduling Order: It is hereby ORDERED that the following schedule shall govern further proceedings. The parties shall complete discovery related to experts on or before December 10, 2026. Discovery itself shall close on December 21, 2026. The Court will also vacate the in-person status conference previously scheduled in this case. In its place, the parties shall appear before the Court for a status conference on January 11, 2027, at 10:00 AM via videoconference.
