Status Report Order
MINUTE ORDER: In light of the Parties' 28 Joint Status Report, the Court ORDERS the Parties to file a further joint status report by October 19, 2026. This Joint Status Report should (1) update the Court on the number of pages that remain to be processed for each agency and the expected timeline for completion of processing for that agency; (2) for records sent for consultation, detail the number of pages outstanding, the agency or agencies to which the records were sent, when the records were sent, and when the consultation is expected to be completed; and (3) detail any disputes regarding the documents produced to date. The Court further ORDERS counsel to inform the consulting agencies that have not provided an expected date of completion that it requests that information. Signed by Judge Sparkle L.
