TEXT ORDER: Please be advised that consistent with this Court's Letter Order of 5/27/26 (ECF No. 66), Fisher Taubenfeld LLP was directed to serve Plaintiff with copies of the May 27th Letter Order by overnight mail and regular mail within three (3) business days of the date of the Order. (Id. at 6). Further, the May 27th Order made clear that the "Movant's withdrawal shall not be effective until service is complete and proof of service is filed on the Court's docket. Movant shall also provide the Court with Plaintiff's mailing address." (Id.). To date, Fisher Taubenfeld, LLP, as movant, has not filed proof of service nor has provided the Court will Plaintiff's mailing address. Fisher Taubenfeld is directed to so comply on or before JULY 9, 2026. Counsel is reminded that Fisher Taubenfeld LLP's withdrawal is not effective unless and until the firm complies with this Court's directives. Plaintiff shall have until AUGUST 9, 2026, for new counsel to enter an appearance on her behalf, or else Plaintiff shall be deemed to be representing herself pro se. The case will remain stayed through AUGUST 9, 2026. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jessica S. Allen on 7/6/2026. (amv)
