MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeremy C. Daniel: The Court grants the defendant's motion to stay 18 as follows: The Court will stay all pending deadlines for twelve weeks. That will give the parties time to prepare for and participate in a settlement conference. It also gives the parties time to finalize settlement. Status hearing set for November 4, 2026. If the parties have not finalized settlement, discovery will resume and the Court will update all deadlines to account for the twelve-week stay (e.g. the 12/1/26 close of fact discovery shifts to 2/23/27). The Court will not extend this stay. Mailed notice. (vcf, ) (Entered: 08/12/2026)
