ORDER that the parties' Joint Motion to Stay 63 is GRANTED as follows: The above-captioned litigation shall remain stayed as to Arizona Association of Realtors...The above-captioned litigation shall remain stayed as to Roy H. Long Realty Company, Inc., for 90 days from April 22, 2024. With respect to the remaining Defendants: The above-captioned litigation shall remain stayed for 90 days from April 22, 2024...Within 14 days of the expiration of the stay, the Parties will file a status report informing the Court as to whether any remaining Defendants have become Released Parties and may request that the above-captioned litigation be stayed as to those additional "Released Parties" through final approval of the NAR Settlement Agreement.
