No. 14 at 2. The defendant since has appeared, dkt. no. 15, and filed an answer, dkt. no. 22, and a disclosure statement, dkt. no. 23. The court has set a scheduling conference for October 26, 2026 and ordered the parties to file a Rule 26(f) discovery plan by October 13, 2026. Dkt. No. 24. The requested information will be (or has been) provided under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1)(iv). The court DENIES AS MOOT the plaintiff's motion for discovery. (cc: all counsel)(cb)
