PAPERLESS ORDER REQUIRING EXPEDITED BRIEFING. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Their Motion for Leave for an Extension of Time to Effect Service of Process Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m). 1149 . Defendants shall file their response, if any, to the Motion on or before September 29, 2026. The Court will review Defendants' forthcoming response before indicating whether it will allow Plaintiffs to file a reply in support of the Motion. If Defendants do not file a timely response, the Court will treat the Motion as unopposed. The Parties are hereby on notice that this Court requires all filings to be formatted in 12-point Times New Roman font and double spaced, including any footnotes, with one-inch margins on all sides. See, e.g., (ECF Nos. 862, 1008). Failure to follow these formatting guidelines going forward may result in the filing being stricken, any opposing filing being granted by default, and the imposition of other sanctions, including attorney's fees and costs.
