MEMO ENDORSEMENT granting 42 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. ENDORSEMENT For the reasons set forth in the Declaration of Bridget A. Zerner (ECF No. 42-1), the Court finds good cause in support of the motion of Markham Read Zerner to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff. By January 20, 2025, Plaintiff or his new counsel must file a letter informing the Court whether Plaintiff has retained new counsel or wishes to proceed pro se. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate ECF No. 42. The Clerk of Court is further directed to terminate Bridget A. Zerner from the list of active counsel in this case. SO ORDERED.
