Order of Dismissal
ORDER: On February 21, 2019, the Court issued an Order discussing serious issues about subject matter jurisdiction in this case and directing the plaintiff to amend its complaint to allege the citizenship of each member of the defendant limited liability company within thirty days or face dismissal of the action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. (Docs 22, 23.) More than thirty days have passed, and plaintiff has not amended its complaint. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the Court's Order of February 21, 2019 (Doc 22) with respect to plaintiff's failure to allege complete diversity, the action is dismissed.
