ORDER: Tatiana Williams ("Williams"), a resident of Nashville, Tennessee, has filed a pro se Complaint, alleging libel against Avail and Asurint. (Doc. No. 1 ) Williams also filed an Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("IFP Application"). (Doc. No. 2 ) This case cannot proceed without additional action by Williams. Williams submitted a form different from the one required by this Court for non-prisoners. (Doc. No. 2 ) Her application lacks important financial information, such as information pertaining to her specific expenses. (Id.) Because Williams's IFP Application lacks the vital financial information necessary to determine her financial posture, the Court cannot rule on it as submitted. Therefore, the Court DENIES the IFP Application WITHOUT PREJUDICE. (Doc. No. 2 ) The Clerk SHALL mail Williams a blank long form Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Form AO239).
