TEXT ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO PROVIDE STATUS REPORT. This matter was transferred to the undersigned on July 2, 2025. Based upon Plaintiff's affidavit from August 2024 [ECF No. 9], it appears that the claims process in Defendant's bankruptcy proceedings would conclude in December 2024. Plaintiff is therefore directed to file a brief status report with this Court on or before August 1, 2025 indicating (a) whether Defendant's bankruptcy proceedings are still pending, and (b) whether or not Plaintiff still intends to prosecute this case.
