MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jorge L. Alonso: Ruling on Motion Hearing held on 6/23/26. For the reasons stated on the record, Plaintiffs' motions 236 237 for leave to file a second amended complaint are denied without prejudice. As discussed on the record, Plaintiffs may not add a Payer Class and may not seek declaratory relief, but Plaintiffs may add a breach of contract claim. The Court encourages the parties to reach an agreement regarding the scope of the second amended complaint.
