Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER - it is hereby ORDERED that the parties' proposed briefing schedule (Doc. 65) is ADOPTED in its entirety. The parties' proposed pre-hearing schedule (Doc. 64) is ADOPTED subject to the qualifications below. The evidentiary hearing in this case shall commence at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, November 9th, 2026, in Courtroom 7A at the Sylvia H. Rambo United States Courthouse 1501 North 6th Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17102, and continue through Tuesday, November 10th, 2026. The court is aware of defendants' request for the timing of arguments concerning their motion to dismiss. (See Doc. 64 at 3 n.1).
