Order Dismissing Case
ORDER DISMISSING CASE -- In light of Magistrate Judge Kaminsky's June 25, 2026 Minute Entry indicating that "[a] settlement in principle was reached with respect to all claims and all parties[,]" and the parties' status reports stating they anticipate filing a comprehensive settlement agreement, see 85 , 86 , and 87 , the case is dismissed without prejudice and with leave to reopen no later than October 14, 2026, if the settlement is not consummated. If a motion to reopen the case is not filed on or before October 14, 2026, the case will be dismissed with prejudice. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close this case.
