ORDER Dismissing the Temporary Restraining Order Without Prejudice and Staying the Case by Judge Josephine L. Staton. Good cause having been shown in Plaintiff's Status Report filed on January 27, 2017, the January 16, 2015 Temporary Restraining Order is ordered dismissed without prejudice.
